Here at FF, we deign each and every filter to be a direct drop-in accessory into the factory airbox. No cutting or modification needed. This has been achieved by using 3-D scanning and Autocad design works to achieve the precise ridges and contours needed for our injection molds, to achieve that seamless for you.

 Our filter construction can be broken down to 3 key ingredients

• PU & Rubber blend material that is used to make the entire frame of the filter. It is  designed to withstand temperature variations and cycles without deformation or disintergration while being soft enough to slide into the ridges of all airboxes for that air-tight fit.
• Cotton-poly bend fibre sheet that acts as the filtration medium. Once again, designed for superior airflow to the factory filter element while keeping out unwanted particulates that could damage the engine.
• Stainless steel mesh bilayer that encases the CP-blend fibre sheet. This sturdy yet flexible bilayer keeps the filter element in shape under various induction pressure values, while also keeping out larger sized foreign objects.

Having subjected our filters to rigorous tests and abuse before sale, you can be assured that these 3 key ingredients mentioned above combine to give you a performance filter that is superior in quality to most others out there.

 

With a volumetric ariflow transmission of nearly 1500Litres of air per square metre, our filters significantly exceed that of the highly restrictive factory paper-based air filter elements. 

This translates to your engine breathing better and generating more torque across the rev range, improved throttle response as well as up to 10% gains in mileage per full tank!

With the material matrix employed for our filter construction, we have designed our filters to be reusable. This means that instead of throwing it away the way you would the paper based OEM filter, all our filters need is a simple air blast or wash in soapy water, that is recommended to be done at every service interval.

This directly contributes to cost savings, not to mention saving the environment!
